Chef Joe walked us through cooking asparagus soup, risotto w leek, asparagus & string beans, frittata & roasted strawberries ice cream. We learned knife skills. He included each student in the meal prep. He was entertaining , efficient & knowledgeable. He made sure we were successful. A good meal & a good time.

We made Chicken Milanese, Gnocchi in tomato cream sauce, salad with lemon salad dressing, and budino. Dylan explained everything. Eating the prepared food - delicious!!
