WHAT YOU’LL DO

Experience gourmet Italian cuisine filled with comfort and flavor.
Savor the best of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class in Raleigh. Learn to prepare creamy Tuscan garlic shrimp served over Parmesan polenta and balance the richness with roasted broccolini enhanced by garlic and lemon. For dessert, you’ll craft classic cannoli filled with ricotta and bright orange zest. With step-by-step guidance from Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, this cooking class in Raleigh is beginner-friendly yet gourmet, offering a fun way to explore authentic Italian flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
