WHAT YOU’LL DO

Turn up the heat with a gourmet Korean BBQ feast.
Join Chef Michael or one of the talented resident chefs in Woodmere (Cleveland) for a Korean BBQ cooking class full of flavors and hands-on fun. You’ll craft a vibrant menu featuring grilled bulgogi beef lettuce wraps, savory cast iron scallion pancakes and stir-fried glass noodles with seasonal vegetables. Add a crisp marinated cucumber salad with scallions and sesame for balance. This cooking class in Woodmere (Cleveland) makes exploring Korean cuisine easy, fun and beginner-friendly.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
