Experience the vibrant flavors of Korea in this hands-on cooking class in Ann Arbor. Learn to prepare grilled bulgogi beef tucked into crisp lettuce wraps, cast iron scallion pancakes and stir-fried glass noodles tossed with fresh vegetables. Balance the flavors with a marinated cucumber salad featuring scallions and sesame. With expert guidance from Chef Daniel or one of the talented resident chefs, this cooking class in Ann Arbor is a fun and approachable way to explore healthy, authentic Korean cuisine.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was our first time, it was so much fun and can’t wait to do it again.

There was 12 people at the class and it was disorganized. There should of been more direction when making the food. Chef Matt was nice and the food was good. My favorite part was making the pasta.
