WHAT YOU’LL DO

Give your holiday a fresh twist in this modern Thanksgiving cooking class in Raleigh. You’ll learn to prepare turchetta, a porchetta-style turkey breast that’s juicy and full of flavor, along with roasted green beans and sweet potatoes. Toss a winter greens salad with toasted walnut vinaigrette and finish with mini bourbon pecan pies. Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you through approachable techniques that make Thanksgiving cooking less stressful and more fun. This class in Raleigh is perfect for families, couples or solo foodies ready to bring new flavors to the holiday table.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
