WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build flavor with citrus, herbs and bold Mediterranean seasoning.
Explore pantry staples in this Mediterranean cooking class in King of Prussia (Philadelphia). Join Chef Cristina or one of the talented resident chefs to roast chicken with caramelized onion and preserved lemon, toss a carrot salad with cumin seed and feta and prepare fluffy couscous with mint, lemon and toasted almonds. Then work with phyllo dough to make pistachio bites with apricot syrup. This hands-on cooking experience in King of Prussia (Philadelphia) covers all the essentials.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
