WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cook together and savor the season with steak and romance.
Enjoy the flavors of fall in this seasonal cooking class in Raleigh. With guidance from Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll learn how to sear steak and finish it with a rich bourbon-shallot butter. Then roast sweet potatoes topped with a savory bacon vinaigrette and prepare shaved Brussels sprouts with shallots and pine nuts. Finish with a fun twist on dessert by making mini cannoli tartlets. This hands-on cooking experience in Raleigh is a great way to cook and connect!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.
