Led by Chef Emily or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll prepare shrimp étouffée with a deep, savory roux, red beans with andouille sausage and crisp hushpuppies with honey butter. To wrap things up, flambé bananas for a fiery bananas foster finale. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My husband and I enjoyed our time! The food turned out great! Chef Bradford was energetic, engaging and kind. It was our first cooking class and we didn’t know what to expect but we would definitely recommend. We made crab cakes, steak and a melted lava cake.
