In this lively cooking class, guests join five-star Chef Hannah to explore bold, Latin-inspired dishes made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. The entire menu is naturally dairy free and gluten free, with vegan-friendly options available upon request.

Guests will learn to craft cactus-infused tortillas by hand, blend a bright guacamole salsa and pickle red onions with beet and thyme. Explore vibrant seasonal pico de gallo, tomatillo-baked tilapia and slow-cooked citrus carnitas.
