WHAT YOU’LL DO

Bring a touch of French sophistication to your everyday meals.
This cooking class guides you through mastering French techniques, starting with gently poaching salmon en papillote to preserve moisture and flavor. You’ll refine roasting skills for crispy, herbaceous potatoes and perfect the balance of acidity in braised leeks with tarragon mustard vinaigrette. End by crafting thin, tender chocolate crêpes with luscious Chantilly cream. Reserve your spot and begin cooking like a French chef.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
