Cooking Class - Mastering the Flavors of France

What You'll Do

This class promises to pull back the curtain on France’s time-honored culinary traditions.

If you’ve always wanted to recreate your favorite bistro dishes at home, this French cooking class is sure to help you do it. In it, you’ll follow the lead of an esteemed chef with over a decade’s experience. With their help, you’ll master dishes like pan-roasted chicken with mustard sauce, green beans with lemon and capers and truffled pommes dauphine. Just make sure you save room for dessert — a classic French vanilla crème brûlée.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Shirley was great and very informative. The food was delicious. Our only suggestion would be to boil the Pappardelle in a pot as we did with the Farfalle. The Pappardelle turned to mush by cooking it in the sauce.
