Indulge your shared curiosity for world cuisine in this Bavarian couple’s culinary lesson.

This cooking class is tailor-made for culinary couples hoping to explore some of Europe’s most comforting cuisines. In it, you’ll learn together under the guidance of a renowned chef who’ll teach you how to recreate some of Germany’s most hearty dishes. Think pork schnitzel, spaetzle with butter and herbs, plus an apple-fennel salad with tangy whole-grain mustard vinaigrette. Just make sure you save room for dessert — you won’t want to miss out on a slice of traditional spiced apple cake!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef Shirley was great and very informative. The food was delicious. Our only suggestion would be to boil the Pappardelle in a pot as we did with the Farfalle. The Pappardelle turned to mush by cooking it in the sauce.
