Cooking Class - Homemade Pub Classics

What You'll Do

Wow your friends and family with a hearty menu of pub-style classics.

Add a comforting string to your culinary bow with this pub-style cooking class. In it, you’ll learn to master a menu of your favorite pub meals, all under the guidance of a renowned chef. They’ll teach you to craft a savory feast featuring soft pretzels with beer cheese and crispy buffalo cauliflower with ranch dip. They’ll also show you how to make a mean Carolina-style pulled pork sandwich and pair it with a side of tangy buttermilk coleslaw.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Shirley was great and very informative. The food was delicious. Our only suggestion would be to boil the Pappardelle in a pot as we did with the Farfalle. The Pappardelle turned to mush by cooking it in the sauce.
