WHAT YOU’LL DO

Harness the art of Latin grilling with smoky, aromatic techniques.
In this cooking class, you'll prepare Peruvian chicken with spice rubs that capture the essence of Latin street food. Rice and black-eyed peas with chorizo provide a hearty accompaniment with deep, satisfying flavors. You'll also make rajas con queso that brings creamy richness to balance the meal's heat and spice. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
