WHAT YOU’LL DO

Channel the timeless elegance of French cuisine with classic recipes.
This gourmet cooking class focuses on time-honored methods from the French kitchen. An expert chef demonstrates traditional techniques from cooking salmon en papillote and roasting herbed potatoes to perfection. You’ll slowly braise leeks and mix homemade vinaigrette. For dessert, master the art of crafting paper thin chocolate crêpes to serve with delicate Chantilly cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
