WHAT YOU’LL DO

There's no culinary task you can't accomplish when you know how to use your tools.
Your culinary skills can be a cut above the usual thanks to this technical hands-on cooking class. With guidance from a culinary expert, you'll become acquainted with a variety of knife shapes, sizes and weights. Discover specialty techniques for each blade, everything from paring and peeling to dicing and chopping.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
