WHAT YOU’LL DO

Hone your culinary techniques while crafting an elegant Italian menu.
This interactive cooking class aims to upgrade your culinary skills and kitchen confidence while preparing traditional Italian recipes including steak Florentine, classic minestrone and creamy zabaglione. With chef demonstrations and hands-on practice, you’ll master fundamental techniques from properly slicing steak and chopping vegetables to developing layers of flavor and balancing textures in each dish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
