WHAT YOU’LL DO

You are cordially invited to an exquisite dinner inspired by Downton Abbey.
This gourmet cooking class channels the opulence and refinement of dining with Yorkshire’s elite. Drawing from traditional French cuisine, you’ll craft a luxurious menu featuring seared scallops with Champagne beurre blanc, green beans almondine and truffled pommes dauphine. Finally, indulge in the elegant French dessert, île flottante, with clouds of meringue in velvety crème anglaise.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
