WHAT YOU’LL DO

Taste the essence of Thai cuisine with balanced street food classics and a tropical dessert.
This hands-on cooking class celebrates four iconic Thai dishes that showcase the cuisine’s balanced tastes: spicy, salty, sour and sweet. Led by a top-tier chef, you’ll start with fried corn and lime fritters, master tamarind and fish sauce balance in traditional pad Thai and build flavor depth in coconut shrimp panang curry. Cap the experience with mango sticky rice. Each dish introduces new techniques, from wok work to curry layering.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
