You'll whip up crispy pork schnitzel, buttery spaetzle with herbs and a punchy apple-fennel salad with whole-grain mustard vinaigrette. Does your favorite foodie have a sweet tooth? Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

I’m no longer intimidated by preparing a Beef Wellington thanks to Chef Karen! Chef walked us through each step of preparation and voila! The best Beef Wellington accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes! I’ll be making this menu for my family soon!

Zackary was amazing. Had lots of fun and was well worth over an 1hr drive to Austin to go. Looking forward to attending many more classes with Zachary
