Take your date night up a gourmet notch with this wine-soaked couple’s cooking class. Sign up and you’ll learn together from a renowned chef how to infuse your favorite dishes with the complex notes of your favorite wines. Think prosciutto-wrapped chicken with chianti sauce, a vibrant beet salad with pecans, goat cheese and cabernet vinaigrette and a creamy chardonnay and pecorino risotto. And don’t worry, dessert is also included — cabernet-poached figs with indulgent vanilla ice cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Cameron was our chef. We had steak with a red wine shallot reduction, twice baked potatoes, arugula pear salad with chocolate mousse for dessert. It was fun as well as delicious. My husband, who is not a cook would definitely do another class. I have decades of cooking experience and still learned a few things. All around is was a great experience.
