Booked the class Rustic Specialties From Italy with Chef Jessica in Huntington Beach (South Coast Metro)

The assigned chef was very nice, well organized, a good instructor, and he shared helpful cooking tips. Menu was tasty and should be easy to repeat at home. The other participants were very nice, and we especially enjoyed the mother and adult son who were part of our foursome cooking team.

A bit too fast and not enough time to ask question. I wish the duration is longer.

Class was informative and fun. My only suggestion is that participants should receive the recipes at the end of class.

The resident chef was informative, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and fun!! My complaints are that it was very expensive and the food was cold when we ate it. The food was fun to make and we learned a lot.

Booked the class Asian Cooking and Precision Knife Skills with Chef Jessica in Huntington Beach (South Coast Metro)

We had a different Chef. Vietnamese guy and he was great! Great things about this experience: 1- Learned new cooking techniques 2- Chef was super attentive and answered all questions asked 3- smooth process Things I would've liked instead: 1- I would've preferred being in a group of two instead of four to get more hands on experience. 2- correct ingredients.
