WHAT YOU’LL DO
Plan a simple and elegant menu for your next gathering.
Led by a world-class chef, this cooking class focuses on fresh ingredients from the farm and the sea. Master techniques for grilling salmon and making lemon-dill butter. You'll also prepare haricot verts and an apple and fennel salad with hazelnuts. For dessert, bake a colorful plum clafoutis.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
