Handcraft a handful of vibrant New American dishes in this engaging and interactive cooking class with Chef Kevin. Learn smart cooking techniques as you create recipes with fresh, incredible ingredients. To start, you'll top slices of crispy French bread with tart strawberries and creamy goat cheese. Next, cook a stunning rack of lamb and a red wine reduction sauce, which you'll pair with fluffy couscous, broccolini and a fresh zucchini mint purée. Finish by baking up tartlets filled with lemon curd and topped with farm-fresh raspberries.

Kevin did a great job showing us great tips for prepping food and chopping vegetables. The 6 courses was great, extra large raspberries. Would book Kevin again. He cleaned up the whole kitchen after also.

Kevin was great, he made everything super easy. I surprised my girlfriend (who loves to cook) and we really enjoyed the menu. Kevin took care of everything - brought all the tools, ingredients and did the cleanup.
