Bring a taste of your county fair home with this immersive, fun and festive cooking class. Guided by a renowned chef, you’ll learn to recreate your favorite fair-day sweet treats, all of which are sure to delight your friends and family. You’ll learn the secret to festive funnel cakes, decadent double-crust blueberry pie, and of course, sumptuous and oh-so-sweet s’mores bars.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
