WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to make a shareable lunch filled with all of your Mexican favorites.
If you're ready to hear the sizzling sound of fajitas in your own kitchen, this family-style Mexican cooking class is for you. You'll learn to cook up carne asada to stuff inside your homemade corn tortillas, alongside the ultimate guacamole, filled with your preference of lime, cilantro and onion. On the side, you'll prepare a shareable portion of Mexican street corn with lots of creamy, cheesy goodness.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
