Cooking Class - A Twist on Your Favorite Pasta

What You'll Do

Get set to level up your Italian cooking in this pasta-forward class.

If you’re ready to learn four new recipes with which to level up your pasta nights, this cooking class is most definitely for you! With guidance from a world-class chef, you’ll make a menu that’s as classic as it is creative, with recipes including sausage and pepper pasta frittata, a skillet-cooked lasagna with herbed ricotta and a grilled romaine Caesar salad. The grand finale? A batch of cool and creamy tiramisu gelato.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


After pursuing culinary school and retiring from teaching, Chef Karen became a chef instructor in 2019. Promoted to Culinary Lead in 2020, she continued to excel, recently stepping into the role of Resident Chef. Working as a Chef Instructor has rekindled her passion for food and sharing culinary knowledge with every guest she meets.

I’m no longer intimidated by preparing a Beef Wellington thanks to Chef Karen! Chef walked us through each step of preparation and voila! The best Beef Wellington accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes! I’ll be making this menu for my family soon!
