Bring your grilling skills to the next level in this outdoor-focused cooking class. Using both charcoal and gas grills, you will participate in preparing your ingredients to cook over the open flame.

Start with a grilled Romaine salad topped with plenty of shaved Parmesan cheese, followed by Asian chicken barbecue skewers accompanied by dipping sauces provided by Chef Bonicelli. Then, you'll achieve the perfect sear on your seasonal, locally grown vegetables, bringing out their best-of-the-season flavor. And of course, you'll end it all with a festive summer dessert. We cooked gnocchi with pesto and tomato sauces, asparagus and crème brûlée! I learned how to make gnocchi with baked potatoes and a great pesto sauce. Chef Bonicelli and Mark were great and it was a very fun experience

Chef Laura’s Neapolitan Pizza Adventure was a fantastic experience. We loved learning how to properly create and handle the dough, the importance of restraint with toppings, and watching the pizzas beautifully brown and bubble in the Ooni oven. The kitchen was perfectly set up for our small group of six, the food was delicious, and the warmth of Chef Laura and her husband’s home was truly the icing on the cake. My partner and I are already looking forward to taking more of her classes in the future.
