WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare a pasta-centric menu for any occasion.
Join this fun and engaging cooking class to learn how to combine ingredients and use traditional Italian culinary techniques. Working alongside a gourmet chef, you'll prepare homemade fettuccine and garganelli. You'll also chop onions, tomatoes and other ingredients for a colorful panzanella topped with mozzarella and pesto vinaigrette. For dessert, bake a decadent dark chocolate tiramisu.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
