WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the joys of outdoor grilling in fun and engaging culinary sessions.
Boost your grilling guru status by joining this cooking class. Led by an esteemed chef, you'll practice slicing and grilling fruit, vegetables and meat. Menu items include charred pepper, peach and feta salad and smoked skirt steak with charred scallion gremolata. You'll also make classic grilled corn with smoky lime butter. For dessert, enjoy refreshing creamsicle ice cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
