What You'll Do

Get hands-on with specialized equipment as you master delectable recipes from Koreatown kitchen.

If you want to get the most out of your Joyce Chen original shears while mastering a host of show-stopping Korean recipes, this cooking class is for you. In in, you'll learn some to create for yourself some of Koreatown kitchen's most delicious dishes. Think Koreatown fried chicken with garlic glaze, pork and green onion dumplings and for plant-based eaters, a marinated cucumber salad with scallions and sesame.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Shirley was great and very informative. The food was delicious. Our only suggestion would be to boil the Pappardelle in a pot as we did with the Farfalle. The Pappardelle turned to mush by cooking it in the sauce.
