WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of French macarons under the guidance of a renowned pastry chef.
If you think that perfect Parisian macarons are beyond your culinary skillset, this chef-led cooking class challenges you to think again. In it, you'll learn from an expert chef how to prepare the most authentic French patisserie. Specifically, you'll learn two recipes: a vanilla bean macaron with raspberry and white chocolate buttercream and one that draws on the flavor of your favorite French dessert, crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!

Chef Josh was amazing! He was informative, efficient, and helpful to our class of 8. We all got to have hands-on experience preparing our meal as a team of 4. The food was so delicious, and we can't wait to receive the recipes so we can try and make it at home. The whole experience was excellent! We would definitely try this experience with Cozymeal again!
