WHAT YOU’LL DO

Treat yourself like a Greek god or goddess with this nourishing and decadent spread.
Transport yourself to the shores of Greece in this flavorful and healthy cooking class. Start by making crispy, savory falafel, so satisfying you’ll forget it’s meat-free. Pair it with a vibrant Greek salad, overflowing with feta, cucumbers, and sweet tomatoes. Enhance roasted potatoes with a burst of lemon and fresh oregano. Cap off the experience with a decadent twist on dessert: baklava ice cream, a sweet finish to your Greek-inspired meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
