WHAT YOU’LL DO
Form a perfectly flaky and buttery croissant dough with which to fill endless flavors.
Unleash your inner baker in this hands on cooking class focused on perfecting croissant dough. Learn to craft buttery, flaky layers and use them to create a savory ham and cheese croissant, along with a sweet morning bun flavored with orange zest and crushed cardamom. Mastering the art of croissant layers will empower you to bake delicious, flaky pastries at home with endless flavor possibilities.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Great class! You do work in a table of 4, so if there are fewer in your group, you will be paired with others who are touching your food. The chef is very adamant about hand washing and everything felt very sanitary though. We've made homemade pasta before, but have always struggled with filled pastas - whether you had experience or not, this was a fun class where everyone learned something!

Class held at Sur la table in King of Prussia mall on Jan 12, 25. The Chef gets a 5 star review. Knowledgeable and pleasant. However, menu was not the one we signed up for. Class was cramped so the hands on learning experience was too limited for my expectation. Eating standing up was a negative. I guess I should have asked but getting a “seat at the Chef’s table” meant something different to me. I would take a class in another setting. Paying $89 to cut an onion and eat standing up is not my idea of a fun/educational event. Too rushed to take pictures…
