Cooking Class - Mastering the Crust

What You’ll Do

Learn how craft a selection of tantalizing pies.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll gain the confidence to nail that golden, buttery pie crust while exploring sweet and savory fillings. You'll start by perfecting a classic pie dough recipe to set the foundation for your future bakes, then bake a wild mushroom and goat cheese galette. Next, you'll switch gears with juicy berry galettes topped with lemony whipped mascarpone before finishing with cozy, nostalgic cinnamon apple hand pies.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
