WHAT YOU’LL DO

Bring the flavors of rural Italy to your urban kitchen.
Scale the heights of Italian cuisine in this invigorating cooking class. Conquer chicken piccata with zesty precision, whip up hearty roasted garlic polenta and elevate asparagus with a truffle-infused ascent. Summit your culinary mountain with a rich butterscotch budino. Climb aboard and begin exploring the flavors of the Italian alpines.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
