WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create a full Italian menu showcasing flavorful sauces.
Immerse yourself in a sauce-centric Italian feast during this comprehensive cooking class. Craft a spicy fra diavolo to coat tender shrimp, dress a caprese salad with herbaceous pesto, enhance grilled vegetables with mint gremolata and cap off the meal with dreamy zabaglione. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
