WHAT YOU’LL DO

Craft a selection of heavenly desserts.
In this delicious cooking class, you'll craft a trio of irresistible treats with guidance from a top-rated chef. You'll begin by mastering the delicate process of making mini pavlovas topped with velvety-smooth cream and berry compote. Then, bake perfectly flaky cheddar scones served with tantalizing smoked salted butter. Finally, you'll prepare a classic leek, Gruyère and ham quiche with an impossibly buttery crust.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
