WHAT YOU’LL DO

Savor the flavors of Provence, France.
In this immersive cooking class, you'll create a scrumptious French feast bursting with refreshing spring flavors. Your world-class chef guide will teach you the technique for perfectly pan-searing salmon, complete with a rich white wine pan sauce. Then, you'll infuse steamed rice with aromatic herbs and spices from Southeast France. For a sweet and refreshing ending, you'll prepare a zesty lemon mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by! It would have been nice to have our own table to work with but still lovely working with the other pair next to us
