What You'll Do

Learn chef tips for preparing French desserts and pastry classics.

In this practical cooking class, you’ll learn time-honored techniques to make classic sweet and savory treats. Follow along with the chef tutor to get tips on the perfect meringue, coupled with cream and berry compote for a delicious pavlova and flaky pastry for a Gruyere and ham quiche. Round off the session with cheddar scones.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
