WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore delectable dishes inspired by the beautiful Mediterranean coastline.
This cooking class emphasizes mastering authentic Mediterranean dishes through hands-on practice. You will prepare grilled shrimp with chermoula, flavorful lamb meatballs and roasted spiced cauliflower. End on a sweet note with some baklava ice cream. Register today and bring the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean to your dining table.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
