WHAT YOU’LL DO

Savor coastal France with Provençal dishes, marinated olives, steak, and a blueberry dessert.
Embark on a coastal French culinary adventure! In this cooking class, discover the art of marinating olives in Provençal herbs and pan-roasting a steak to tender perfection. Create a refreshing tomato, cucumber, and chèvre salad with a tangy preserved lemon vinaigrette. Finish with a delightful blueberry clafoutis, a custardy French dessert. Along the way, you’ll master key techniques for preparing pan-roasted steak with saffron aioli, Provençal marinated olives, and more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
