WHAT YOU’LL DO

Recreate classic French dishes that celebrate the arrival of spring.
This cooking class will teach you how to prepare pan-seared salmon accompanied by a sumptuous white wine pan sauce. You’ll also craft sautéed haricots verts with pine nuts and crispy lardons, creating a dish full of texture and taste. Conclude with a creamy honey lavender ice cream that embodies the season's essence. Reserve your place to celebrate spring flavors!
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chief and staff were all wonderful. The ingredients for meal prep were all well laid out in advance. The Thai menu was unique and delicious. We’ll definitely be preparing these recipes again. This was opportunity to prepare foods we wouldn’t normally cook at home. My only dislike was the tight work space we had to work in. Not a huge deal breaker.
