WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to make French fare inspired by flavors of the coast.
Jump into the coastal flavors of France in a hands-on cooking class. Learn to make fresh restaurant-quality fare from a five-star professional chef in an interactive environment. Prepare pan-roasted steak with saffron aioli, tomato, cucumber chèvre salad with preserved lemon vinaigrette and provençal marinated olives. End class with delicate blueberry clafoutis for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
