Simple knife skills for everyday cooking
Feeling confident using a knife will dramatically improve your cooking. Not only will everyday tasks be easier but they’ll take less time and you’ll be safer because of it. Chef Gwyn will show you how to dice, julienne, minced and chiffonade until you are so comfortable with a knife, you won’t remember a time when you weren't.
If your class is under the minimum, Chef Gwyn is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Although I have worked in numerous B&Bs, country inns, and country clubs my passion is teaching people how to cook healthy, delicious meals using locally sourced ingredients that feed not just the body but the soul.
