Elegant dining is made simple with essential techniques and expert tips from a world-class chef.
In this gourmet cooking class, Chef Washington teaches you how to transform simple ingredients into a four-star meal. Guided by the chef, you’ll learn to create memorable dishes that can be easily replicated in your home kitchen.
Master fundamental skills such as preparing a creamy Hollandaise, perfectly searing scallops and developing flavor with a zesty lemon and brown butter pan sauce. You’ll practice tips for stirring luxurious risotto with garlic and wild mushrooms to serve alongside roasted pork. Then, brush up your dessert technique as you assemble a silky tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

His experience in the culinary industry ranges from roles in hotels and restaurants, as well as years spent in middle school education. Being able to combine his passions for food and teaching brings him immense joy. With Chef Washington in the kitchen, everyone is in for a real gourmet treat!
