Learn to make authentic sweet treats from Italy.

Explore the famous world of Italian desserts with this hands-on cooking class. Learn the tips and tricks behind making the perfect Italian treat while under the instruction of a five-star professional chef. Master new skills in the kitchen while making three different desserts including ricotta and orange zest cannolis, pear crostata with whipped cream and decadent chocolate hazelnut swirl gelato.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We cooked roasted chicken with brown-butter mashed potatoes, as well as a crème brûlée. It was delicious and Chef Ricky was great, it was a great date night for my boyfriend’s birthday!
