WHAT YOU’LL DO

Fine dining from France becomes a culinary project you'll love.

Learn how fresh ingredients become exquisite bistro dishes in this cooking class. Follow easy instruction from a local superstar while preparing succulent pan-roasted chicken with elegant cognac sauce, soothing French onion soup, crisp French beans in handcrafted lemon vinaigrette and creamy vanilla crème brûlée. With every dish, you'll practice essential gourmet methods while developing your culinary instincts.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Pan-roasted chicken, green beans, French onion soup, and vanilla crème brûlée — what an incredible menu for our first experience! We even learned about GBD (Golden Brown Delicious), and that crispy chicken skin was absolutely to die for. It was perfection. We also learned the proper technique for blanching green beans, which made such a difference in both color and texture. All of the seasonings and sauces were made from scratch and came together so easily — and everything exceeded my expectations in flavor. Truly an amazing first-time experience. We walked away inspired, full, and already wanting to recreate it at home!
