Explore France, the country of lovers, in a hands-on cooking class with your date. Learn to make restaurant-quality cuisine from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment. Master new skills in the kitchen such as chopping fresh vegetables, roasting meats and making an exquisite dessert while having a blast with your partner. Start with a spinach and beet salad topped with goat cheese. Next, grill a savory porcini-crusted steak topped with creamy béarnaise sauce and served with a side of lemon-caper green beans. End class with a delicate pear tarte tatin for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef Shirley was great and very informative. The food was delicious. Our only suggestion would be to boil the Pappardelle in a pot as we did with the Farfalle. The Pappardelle turned to mush by cooking it in the sauce.
