What You'll Do

Learn to make authentic Spanish cuisine in a hands-on cooking class.

Jump into the famous flavors of Spain with an exciting cooking class. Learn to make gourmet dishes from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment. Cook through a multi-course menu including an appetizer, entree and dessert. Start with a light salad of dressed greens tossed with creamy manchego vinaigrette. Next, prepare a succulent roasted pork loin smothered in almond romesco sauce and served with a side of crispy patatas bravas. End class with creamy Spanish olive oil ice cream topped with Marcona almonds for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Shirley was great and very informative. The food was delicious. Our only suggestion would be to boil the Pappardelle in a pot as we did with the Farfalle. The Pappardelle turned to mush by cooking it in the sauce.
